Consultant - Solution Design
Location prefer Bangalore. Specifically from BPM industry, preferably with industry and domain specialization (do not need IT profiles). Narrowing our requirement for better shortlist: 5+ experience in BPM Bid Management (preferably from our competition e.g. TCS, Accenture, Genpact, Wipro) based out of Bangalore/Pune.
Role Designation: Consultant - Solution Design
Location: Bangalore
Skill: BPM/BPO industry experience and knowledge
Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth:
Enabling Sales for revenue growth through deal shaping for reactive & proactive pursuits by curating win themes, anchoring End-to-end solution & storyboarding by articulating domain in RFX responses.
2. Solution Design:
Demonstrate thorough understanding of the industry & client's business and diagnose the challenges, risks and requirements to further translate them into optimal solution; Understand and translate client requirements into a solution offering, solution plan and proposal leveraging standard processes.
3. Competitive and deal analysis:
Collaborate with Research desk and Sales to gather, synthesize and analyze deal specific/domain/market intelligence and leverage to enhance client pitch/proposal and deliverables.
4. Domain expertise:
Bring in industry expertise into the proposal/pitch by collaborating with internal Industry solution group, leveraging industry / domain experience and secondary research.
5. Pre-sales activities:
Including anchoring & owning the key solution deliverables for any RFXs/proactive deals by liaising with internal stakeholders (practice, transition, transformation, operations); enabling sales for an effective orals /client visit/workshop presentation and own the content as required.
Qualification Required (Specialization): MBA
Additional Skill Required:
- 5-6 BPM industry expertise from prior experience
- Deep understanding of the BPM industry and functions including Finance & Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resource Outsourcing, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales & Fulfillment
- Good Communication skills and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of various commercial models
