Technical and Professional Requirements:

- 18+ years in HCM domain with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud

- Proven experience in leading CoEs, large transformation programs, and advisory engagements

- Strong track record in pre-sales, client engagement, and practice growth

- Deep understanding of HR processes, digital HR transformation, and emerging trends (AI in HR, experience platforms, workforce analytics)
