Role : Transition Manager/Sr. Transition Manager
Role Designation: JL 5B/5A
Educational Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream with 10+ years of experience in Transition or Project Management with a leading BPM.
Purpose/Essence of the role :
- Lead and manage transition projects on schedule within budgets, with high CSAT in line with contractual obligations. Create knowledge base, execute timeline, resource allocation & budget, coordinate implementation and ensures compliance.
- Develop an understanding of the E2E Solution and value being proposed as part of the overall Solution.
- Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need.
- Responsible for E2E service Transition, handling virtual teams and influencing stakeholders to meet Programme/project objectives.
- Control an engagement transition budget allocated, ensuring all activities defined in the project plan are done within the approved limits.
- Align customer to follow well defined transition methodology, customize approach in line with customer environment.
- Produce relevant reports accurately, at agreed frequency & in a timely manner to provide status update on Transition to all stakeholders.
- Monitor the project/program ensuring all risks are captured & mitigations actions put in place and issues are resolved if timely manner.
- Develop & maintain communication at all levels across the project organization to facilitate smooth & effective change management leading to effective delivery of project.
- Conduct periodic project governance meetings amongst stakeholders to review plan Vs progress.
- Focus on continuous process improvement by identifying areas and participate in team and organization wide initiatives.
