Role : Asst. Transition Manager/Transition Analyst
Role Designation : JL 4B/4A
Educational Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream with 6+ years of experience in Transition or Project Management with a leading BPM.
Purpose/Essence of the role :
- Manage and execute transition projects on schedule within budgets, with high CSAT in line with contractual obligations.
- Develop an understanding of the E2E Solution and value being proposed as part of the overall Solution.
- Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need.
- Deliver the Transition as per pre-defined timelines/milestones, leading to timely completion of all deliverables whilst managing resources, deadlines, and budgets.
- Establish project governance including all stakeholders and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Produce relevant reports accurately, at agreed frequency & in a timely manner to provide status update on Transition to all stakeholders.
- Monitor the project/program ensuring all risks are captured & mitigations actions put in place and issues are resolved if timely manner.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance of the transition methodology across all dimensions and process.
- Continually analyze lessons learned and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Identify areas of process improvement and new business opportunities within process
