Job Title: Customer Success - Client Servicing
Experience: 1.5 Years - 3 Years
Location Preference: Gurgaon (Preferred)
Work Mode: 5 days a week from Office
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success to join our CS team.
The ideal candidate will have 1.53 years of experience in a customer-facing support role within the IT or tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback for process and product improvements.
