Description:
Job Purpose:
Lead and execute IT Internal Audits end-to-end, including checklist updates, audit execution, report preparation, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with bank guidelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in preparing and managing the annual IT audit plan.
- Lead planning and execution of IT audits (ITGC, VA/PT, AppSec, Cloud, Cyber Security, BCP/DR, DC operations, IAM, Change & Incident Management, etc.).
- Deliver audits within timelines, prepare and finalize audit reports.
- Review work papers, ensure complete documentation, and provide process improvement suggestions.
- Keep audit procedures and checklists updated.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on regulatory and industry trends.
- Attract, mentor, and retain skilled audit talent.
