Be a Contributor What Youll Do
- Primary support contact for Sales; guide opportunity lifecycle (Order to Cash) and share updates on processes, systems, and policies.
- Quoting SME; ensure compliance, accuracy, and assist reps with CPQ quotes, pricing, discounts, and configurations.
- Minimize PO holds by matching quotes with POs and resolving discrepancies with Channel and Sales teams.
- Maintain records, generate pipeline/order reports, and provide insights for sales management decisions.
- First contact for sales issues; coordinate with cross-functional teams and keep sales informed on changes.
- Address quote/pricing queries, support proposals and documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted partner, driving sales team success and productivity.
Be Prepared What You Bring
- 3+ years in Sales Support (Quoting) or Revenue Operations, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes; hands-on with CPQ tools; proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRMs; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and resolving issues with a logical, structured approach.
- Excellent verbal/written skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High accuracy in data/documentation; adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive and teamwork-driven; experienced in coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

Six Months:
- Master CPQ, Salesforce, and quoting processes.
- Achieve 100% accuracy in quotes and reduce PO discrepancies.
- Build strong sales rep relationships as go-to support.
- Deliver accurate, timely pipeline and order reports.
- Resolve 90% of queries within SLA.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Ops for smoother processes.
One Year:
- Drive process improvements to speed up quote-to-cash.
- Lead sales enablement sessions on tools and processes.
- Build advanced dashboards for pipeline and forecasting.
- Become a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
- Standardize documentation for scalability and training.
- Show measurable impact on sales productivity and PO cycle times.
