Role: Director of Product Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and service-oriented Director of Product Management with 10 to 14 years of required experience to lead and scale high-performing product teams. This role requires a product leader with a strong track record in building and scaling complex SaaS products involving intricate features and integrations. Based in a hybrid model across multiple Indian tech hubs, the Director will champion end-to-end Agile product management, drive strategy using data-driven insights, and possess the necessary Advocacy & organizational Influence to achieve the product roadmap.

Primary Responsibility & Core Functions

Strategic Product Leadership:

- Provide Strategic leadership for the product portfolio, defining a clear, executable vision and product strategy aligned with long-term business goals.

- Lead end-to-end Agile product management, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and iteration, utilizing Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies.

- Drive Stream-based Execution, ensuring focused, efficient delivery across dedicated product streams and managing dependencies between complex features and integrations.

Analytics and Performance Management:

- Champion Analytics & product performance, demonstrating a data-driven approach to decision-making, setting rigorous KPIs, and relentlessly optimizing product success.

- Maintain familiarity and hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to extract deep user insights and measure feature adoption/impact.

- Utilize AI-literacy and understanding of AI workflows (Secondary Skill) to identify and incorporate advanced machine learning and automation capabilities into the product roadmap.

Team and Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and scale high-performing product teams (Team & process management), providing mentorship and fostering a calm, service-oriented leadership style.

- Execute Advocacy & organizational Influence, leveraging strong communication and storytelling abilities to engage, align, and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Executive Leadership).

- Oversee effective product process management utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 10 to 14 Years of professional experience, with a significant track record in managing and scaling high-performing teams.

- Product Domain: Must have a strong track record in building and scaling SaaS products with complex features and integrations.

- Methodologies: Expertise in End to end Agile product management, Lean, and hybrid methodologies.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability in Strategic leadership and Team & process management.

- Data & Analytics: Must be data-driven and skilled in Analytics & product performance, utilizing tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.

- Communication: Strong communication and storytelling abilities for Advocacy & organizational Influence.

Preferred Skills

- AI Competency: Familiarity with AI workflows and leveraging AI/ML to enhance product capabilities.

- Tools: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for product lifecycle management.
