Chief of Staff in CHRO Office:
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CHRO and help shape the future of the People organization. As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO, driving enterprise-wide talent, culture, leadership, and AI transformation initiatives.
This role goes beyond coordinationit is about turning strategy into execution. You will lead high-impact cross-functional programs, accelerate AI adoption across HR, build scalable operating rhythms, and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do:
Strategic Partner to the CHRO:
- Partner with the CHRO on strategic priorities, annual roadmaps, and long-term People transformation initiatives.
- Drive execution of enterprise HR priorities across Talent, Culture, Learning, Leadership, Rewards, Employee Experience, and Organizational Effectiveness.
- Prepare executive presentations, board updates, leadership reviews, and strategic narratives.
- Track key priorities, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Talent Strategy & Transformation:
- Drive enterprise Talent Management initiatives including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, High-Potential Programs, Career Architecture, Internal Mobility, and Skills Transformation.
- Partner with HRBPs and COEs to improve talent processes using data and AI.
- Build governance mechanisms to ensure timely execution and measurable impact.
Culture & Employee Experience:
- Drive organization-wide culture initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Support leadership communications and engagement programs.
- Partner with leaders to improve employee experience using data-driven insights.
- Track engagement metrics and translate feedback into action plans.
AI Transformation for HR:
Lead the People organization's AI transformation journey. Responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using AI.
- Partner with internal AI teams and technology partners.
- Drive AI adoption across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning, Performance, Employee Experience, and HR Business Partnering.
- Build AI playbooks, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.
- Lead AI pilots from concept through enterprise rollout.
- Measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, and business impact.
- Promote responsible AI practices within HR.
Program Management Office (PMO):
- Build execution frameworks for CHRO priorities.
- Establish governance, operating cadences, dashboards, and executive reviews.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across HR and business teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
- Identify execution risks and proactively resolve roadblocks.
Analytics & Insights:
- Develop executive dashboards and People analytics.
- Translate workforce data into strategic recommendations.
- Use AI and analytics to improve workforce planning and decision-making.
- Monitor key HR KPIs and transformation metrics.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Executive Leadership Team members and business leaders.
- Partner across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, AI teams, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Influence without authority while driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in HR Strategy, Talent Management, HR Consulting, Chief of Staff, Program Management, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting.
- Experience working with senior executives.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business transformation is highly preferred.
