Key Responsibilities: Process Management & Optimization: - Oversee and enhance end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness - Implement process improvement initiatives using quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to minimize waste and streamline workflows - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency, quality, and output - Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions and automation where applicable.
