Description:
- Reporting to: COO.
- Role Summary: Lead the HR function end-to-end with strong focus on attendance, payroll oversight, hiring, appraisals, compliance, employee relations, and HR-related vendor & insurance management. Build predictable, process-driven HR operations for both field and office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage sourcing, interviews, offers, joining formalities, and induction.
- Lead the Recruitment team to work on fulfilment mandates.
Performance Management:
- Ensure statutory registers, audits, and timely filings.
Employee Relations:
- Drive basic engagement initiatives.
Vendor & Insurance Coordination:
- Oversee employee insurance: additions, deletions, and claims coordination.
Profile Requirements:
- Strong in HR operations, compliance, hiring, and employee relations.
- Ability to build processes in a fast-moving setup.
- Excellent communication, ownership, and people management skills.
