Position Name: Operations Support Specialist. CEO's Office - Business Governance & Operations Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual with a knack for numbers and financial acumen to join our team and provide executive support to the leadership team. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and agility are mandatory for this role. The role will be supporting our CXOs and will be reporting to the head of CEOs office. Key Responsibilities: Governance & Operations: - Publish Organizational Dashboards: Deliver dashboards and reports for executive leadership that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress toward organizational goals. - Manage all stakeholders and assist in data collection and documentation Collaborate Effectively. - Effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Governance Meetings: - Organize quarterly reviews and governance meetings for all functional areas of the organization. - Provide administrative support, document minutes of meetings, and ensure closure on action items. - Foster Strategic Discussions: Highlight concerns based on data points as needed. Executive Support to CEO: Strategically Manage Leadership Time: - Prepare for and follow up on leadership meetings, ensuring attendees have all necessary information, preparing agendas, and distributing materials. Stakeholder Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Flexibility: - Assist with CEO office initiatives and administrative tasks as needed. - Documentation: - Create appropriate documentation to allow stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and replicate the analysis if necessary. Roles & Responsibilities: Essential Skills: - Master's degree required in business, marketing, or finance (MBA). - Minimum one year of experience in an operational support role working on financial reports. Internship experience does not count. Analytical Skills: - Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex data challenges and find solutions. - Numerical Skills: Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data. - Effective Communication: Clear communication to convey insights and collaborate with different departments. - Attention to Detail: Precision in data collection and analysis. - Critical Thinking: Evaluating data objectively and drawing meaningful conclusions ability to understand customer needs and deliver what they need. - Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel and Power BI for data analysis. Desired skills: - Experience in conducting market research, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify market trends and consumer behavior. - Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation and reports to effectively communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders.
