Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver data and analytics-driven projects that enable informed decision-making and business growth. This role combines technical understanding, project management, and client engagement to ensure successful delivery of data management, BI, and analytics initiatives.

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, maintain financial performance, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to ensure services meet or exceed expectations

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

- Act as a key point of contact for project-related communication and escalation

Contract & Financial Performance Management:

- Own contractual and financial performance of assigned accounts/projects

- Partner with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contractual compliance and financial accuracy

- Identify opportunities for account growth, optimization, and value realization

Business Growth & Development:

- Understand the clients technical landscape and evolving business priorities

- Identify and execute strategies to uncover new business and expansion opportunities

- Support solution discussions and growth initiatives in collaboration with sales and leadership

Project Oversight & Execution:

- Plan, execute, and deliver data analytics and BI projects aligned with business objectives

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones

- Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Team Leadership & Resource Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate analytics developers and data engineers

- Manage project resources effectively, addressing constraints and dependencies

- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in project management within data, analytics, or BI environments

- Good understanding of data management, analytics platforms, and BI technologies

- Proven ability to manage client-facing engagements and cross-functional teams

- Experience handling financials, contracts, and delivery governance

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery models

- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Prior experience managing analytics or data engineering teams

- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
