Key Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction:
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal/external cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and aligning project goals with business needs.
Contract & Financial Performance Management:
- Own the contractual and financial health of the account by coordinating with Financial Analysts and Legal teams.
- Monitor budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and manage contracts for existing and new opportunities.
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute account-level strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Build a deep understanding of clients technical environments and upcoming priorities to proactively support their evolving needs.
Team Leadership & Resource Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of analytics developers and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage resource allocation, resolve constraints, and ensure adherence to data privacy and security policies.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Create detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Drive project execution with a focus on meeting deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to project delivery, data privacy, and security.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in data analytics, business intelligence, or IT domains.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles in complex, technical environments.
- Strong understanding of data management, BI tools, and analytics processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience working with financial planning and contract management.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
