Purpose of Position:

- Responsible for implementing geo-targeted outreach strategies to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise-level prospects.

- This role supports new business development by generating leads, conducting account research, and scheduling strategic meetings with decision-makers.

- The specialist will use tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesloft, manage external vendors, and develop outreach content tailored to specific industries and verticals.

Key Result Areas And Activities:

- Implement geo-based outreach campaigns to engage prospects in targeted regions.

- Conduct comprehensive account research to understand client needs and business context.

- Use tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to obtain accurate contact data.

- Execute outbound calling and cold outreach using platforms such as Salesloft.

- Schedule 45?60 qualified meetings annually with key decision-makers.

- Support new business development by identifying high-potential accounts.

- Develop personalized messaging and outreach content based on industry trends.

- Manage relationships with external vendors supporting lead generation efforts.

- Implement vertical-specific outreach strategies to reach targeted industries.

- Utilize LinkedIn and email channels to nurture and engage prospects

Key Responsibilities:

- Book 45-60 qualified meetings annually with enterprise decision-makers.

- Maintain a lead-to-opportunity conversion rate of 25%+.

- Ensure 90%+ accuracy in contact data from ZoomInfo and other sources.

- Achieve a 15%+ engagement rate in email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

- Create and deploy 1-2 new outreach content pieces as needed.

- Coordinate with vendors to meet all SLA deliverables.

- Attend all internal training and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- 10 -15 years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably within data analytics or technology services.

- Demonstrated success in setting appointments and converting leads into opportunities.

- Proficient in using ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose persuasive outreach messages.

- Experience in managing external vendors and coordinating multi-channel campaigns
