Job Title: Partnership & Alliance Manager - Databricks Focus.

Function: Strategic Partnerships / GTM Alliances | Level: Mid-Senior.

Reports To: Global NCA Lead.

Role Summary:

- Seeking a strategic, execution-driven leader to manage and grow Infocepts' Databricks partnership.

- This role drives joint GTM initiatives, field enablement, funding programs, and revenue growth through collaborative solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and expand Databricks (and related) partnerships.

- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies.

- Identify and qualify joint opportunities across verticals.

- Secure Velocity/Accelerate funding for POCs.

- Drive joint marketing and maintain partner portal presence.

- Ensure compliance with partner programs.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years in strategic partnerships or tech sales (Databricks/Snowflake/AWS focus).

- Strong knowledge of cloud/data/AI ecosystems.

- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

Success Metrics:

- Growth in partner-influenced pipeline & revenue.

- GTM campaigns executed and enablement sessions delivered.

- Funding secured and utilized.

- Partner satisfaction & internal adoption.
