We offer services such as tele-marketing, tele-sales outreach, content syndication, CRM operations, market sizing, segmentation, and competitor assessment.

Our key clients include industry leaders like PayPal, QuinStreet, Amazon, TechTarget, Intuit, Malwarebytes, and Stryker.

Were looking for a dynamic, performance-driven Sales Development Team Lead to guide, coach, and grow a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives).

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 8 to 12 SDRs toward meeting and exceeding KPIs.

- Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and on-the-job training to help team members improve their communication, prospecting, and qualification skills.

Campaign Execution & Monitoring:

- Oversee multiple outbound sales campaigns (email, cold calls) for global B2B clients.

- Ensure all SDRs are aligned with client objectives, pitch scripts, qualification criteria, and industry verticals.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Own daily/weekly dashboards for activity metrics, lead conversions, call quality, and pipeline health.

- Generate reports for internal management and clients highlighting team outcomes and action plans.

Quality Control & Process Optimization:

- Conduct regular audits on call recordings, email copy, and CRM updates to ensure top-tier quality.

- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements or tech integrations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as the bridge between clients, internal QA/Training teams, and SDRs.

- Participate in onboarding and ramp-up calls with clients to understand objectives and align delivery plans.


What We're Looking For:


- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales, with at least 12 years managing SDR/BDR teams.

- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques, ICP targeting.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and motivate a fast-paced team to meet tight deadlines.

- A growth mindset and eagerness to lead by example on calls, scripts, and strategy.


Good to Have:


- Experience in managing lead generation for North America.

- Exposure to SaaS, Technology, Manufacturing, and E-Commerce.

- Prior experience working in a marketing agency, lead-gen agency, or sales intelligence firm.
