As the Product Leader for the seeker experience at iimjobs and hirist, you will be responsible for defining the future of premium recruitment in India. You will build products that empower high-potential candidates to navigate their career journeys and connect with the country's most prestigious employers.

The Role :

We are looking for a data-driven, AI-savvy Product Leader with 8-10 years of experience to own the seeker-side roadmap. Your mission is to move beyond simple job boards and create an intelligent, high-touch ecosystem that provides disproportionate value to premium job seekers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience Ownership : Lead the product vision for the seeker journey, from onboarding and profile building to application and retention while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

- Premium Positioning : Design features specifically tailored for high-end talent MBA/Tech graduates (Think IIMs/IITs, professionals earning beyond 50L), ensuring the UI/UX reflects a "premium" brand ethos.

- AI Integration : Implement LLM-powered features to transform the seeker experience into a AI-driven career co-pilot.

- Data-Driven Growth : Use SQL and advanced analytics to identify friction points in the funnel and run A/B tests to improve conversion and retention.

- Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ship high-quality features in an agile environment.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA from a Tier-1 institute.

- Experience : 8-10 years in Product Management, preferably in B2C, EdTech, or HR-Tech.

Technical Prowess :

- Data : Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, or Mixpanel).

- AI/ML : Hands-on experience using AI tools and frameworks to enhance user experience (e.g., Prompt Engineering, integrating APIs).

- Problem Solving : A "first-principles" thinker who can translate complex seeker pain points into simple, elegant product solutions.

- Communication : Exceptional ability to articulate the "why" behind product decisions to stakeholders.
