Role Overview

The Head - HRBP will play a pivotal role in driving people strategy for Info Edge's Product, Technology, Design, Data Science, Corporate Functions, and all Digital Businesses This is a strategic HR leadership role that partners with CXOs, business leaders, and functional heads to design and execute talent, culture, and organization strategies that enable business growth and innovation.

The incumbent will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, driving capability development, and ensuring HR initiatives are deeply aligned with business goals across diverse, fast-paced, and tech-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and CXOs across Product, Tech, Design, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Nontech and Corporate Functions.

- Drive the people agenda aligned with business priorities, ensuring talent and culture enable future growth.

- Provide data-backed insights on workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness.

2. Talent Management & Leadership Development

- Identify and develop critical talent and successors for key leadership and niche roles.

- Partner with L&D to design capability frameworks for product, design, and technology talent.

- Drive leadership interventions that strengthen managerial effectiveness and people leadership across teams.

3. Organization Development & Culture Building

- Lead initiatives on organization design, role architecture, and structure optimization to support scale and agility.

- Champion Info Edge's values, employee experience, and inclusion efforts across digital businesses.

- Strengthen engagement, feedback, and recognition mechanisms for tech and digital cohorts.

- Partner with CoEs (TA, L&D, Rewards, ER) to deliver seamless, scalable HR solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 12-17 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior HRBP role managing product/technology organizations.

- Background: Strong exposure to digital-first/product-based companies or internet/e-commerce setups.

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute (Tier-1 preferred).

- Proven track record of partnering with CXOs and senior leadership to shape people and culture strategy.

- Excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, and problem-solving ability.

- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to influence outcomes in matrixed, high-growth environments.
