Provide relevant inputs to business planning for search, recommendations, personalization, and decision-making tools. 2. Define and execute a high-impact product roadmap for search, personalization, and ranking. 3. Develop a thorough understanding of the market, including current trends and future directions, by engaging with all ecosystem stakeholders , understanding their experiences, pain points, and opportunities. 4. Continuously benchmark product offerings and experience on multiple dimensions with competition 5. Productize relevant ideas and take responsibility for the product outcomes that span across search experience, ranking, recommendations, personalization, daily enquiries, thereby strongly influencing buyer decision-making and overall satisfaction 6. Contribute to the product management thinking , as part of the product leadership team 7. Effectively lead and groom a small group of product managers Educational Qualification & desired Experience: - Postgraduate (MBA/ PGDM) from top tier institute - Relevant product management experience of 6-8 years in the consumer internet space, with at least 5 years specifically in core search, ranking, and personalization. Required Skills and Experience: 1. Ability to think strategically and identify Impact Items 2. Prioritizing, managing and getting work done 3.
