About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of Resdex, one of the largest recruiter search and talent discovery platforms in India. This role will focus on improving search relevance, matching capabilities, and recruiter experience by leveraging data, machine learning, and scalable product solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, exposure to large-scale B2B products, and the ability to work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams on search, matching, ranking, and ML-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the roadmap for core Resdex improvements and enhancements.

- Partner with Data Science teams to improve search, matching, ranking, and relevance algorithms.

- Enable verticalized recruiter experiences, including custom tuples, domain-specific search journeys, and personalized workflows.

- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact product initiatives and feature enhancements.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver product outcomes.

- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and search quality metrics to drive continuous improvements.

- Address client concerns, investigate product issues, and support critical customer escalations.

- Define success metrics and measure the impact of new launches and algorithmic improvements.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, Search, Marketplace, Recruitment Tech, or Data Products.

- Strong understanding of search, discovery, matching, recommendation systems, or ML-powered products.

- Experience working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams.

- Proven ability to translate customer problems into scalable product solutions.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience managing products at scale and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Success in the Role:

- Improve search relevance and matching quality across Resdex.

- Deliver meaningful recruiter experience enhancements through verticalization and personalization.
