Senior Product Manager - Job Seeker Platform & Growth

Role:

Own key metrics, including MAU, re-engagement, and profile strength for one of India's largest internet platforms.

You will build scalable products and platform capabilities across the user lifecycle, engagement, and profile systems.

What You'll Do:

- Own and evolve products across user lifecycle, engagement, and profile platforms

- Drive rapid experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-backed decision making

- Build personalized and AI-driven user experiences at scale

- Build mockups, workflows, and working prototypes using AI/GenAI tools

- Partner with engineering, ML/AI, data science, design, and business teams to ship high-impact products

What We're Looking For:

- 5-9 years of total experience with 5+ years in Product Management

- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School - IIM A/B/C or ISB preferred

- 2+ years as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist

- Strong hands-on SQL, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with ML/AI and Data Science teams to build AI-backed products
