Role & Responsibilities : - As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the Jobseekers' Career Charter and play a pivotal role in scaling our jobseeker paid services. Your focus will be on: - Driving Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, retention, and monetization of jobseeker services. - Scaling 0-1 Products: Take initiatives from conceptualization to scale, leveraging data-driven decision-making. - Cracking Revenue & UX Balance: Innovate on pricing, freemium models, and user experience to maximize revenue without compromising the customer journey. - GenAI Integration: Leverage Generative AI to enhance jobseeker experiences and launch innovative products with highly positive NPS. - Customer-Centric Execution: Deeply understand jobseekers' pain points through research and data insights to build intuitive solutions. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key metrics, run experiments, and optimize funnels to improve performance. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful product launches. Key Skills & Requirements: - 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally having worked on 0-1 products and scaled them successfully. - Strong experience with Generative AI applications in consumer products. - Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to decision-making. - Customer obsession - deeply empathetic about user pain points and solving for them. - Hands-on experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and SQL. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams. Bias for action - Comfortable with fast paced ideation and execution and capability to push cross-functional teams to do the same.
