About the role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to share our vision and lead our product development efforts in creating visually compelling user experiences. Your expertise in design thinking, ability to articulate design concepts, and advocate for user-centric design principles will be instrumental in shaping our product's aesthetics, usability, and overall brand identity.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record of collaborating closely with design teams to enhance and elevate the user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Product and Design team

- Identify growth opportunities and evaluate the impact for building new features

- Provide guidelines for a user-centric perspective to the Product, Engineering and Design team and lead execution.

- Align stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Marketing and Growth

- Look for tools/services that can assist in the completion of projects

- Lead user research to identify customer needs

- Create visual representations of your ideas using basic sketches or wireframes

- Work effectively with the Engineering team to develop solutions

- Plan releases and create release notes for app stores.

- Track the performance of each product launch and solve product issues

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience with a proven track record of working on aesthetically remarkable products Strong background as a Product Manager.

- Entrepreneurial mindset to guide our goals through roadmaps

- Ability to work in a small team to achieve organisational goals

- Pro-active in understanding and using technology to solve business problems

- Ability to effectively articulate and summarise ideas

- Will to deliver a world-class user experience

- Hands-on experience with the entire product development lifecycle.

- Based in Bangalore or ready to move
