This role is intended to lead and execute sales strategy for Zwayam nationally. You will be responsible to build a strong sales engine across branches and drive sales team to maximize business growth and market penetration. As a National head, you will be responsible for business growth and market penetration for Zwayam across geographies 2. Maximize avenues for growth via identification & conversion of Upsell & Cross sell opportunities 3. Maximize new business acquisition through sales team hunting efforts 4. Conceptualize and execute on Zwayam Go to market strategy for major branches 5. Actively monitor market landscape, product penetration, sales forecast & pricing/ discounting decisions and devise proactive action planning to drive growth 6. Continuously liaison with Product & Technology team & provide inputs to create competitive advantage 7.
