Job Description: Would be responsible for regional client Service Delivery as mentioned below: a. Recruitment support: Responsible for supporting the clients with the market data of the suitable candidates, defining assessment strategies and effective candidate interview coordination for the entry-level hires. b. Campus Hiring- Partner with client's recruitment teams to manage and facilitate their on campus hiring. c. Product Adoption: Ensure a seamless adoption of our First Naukri recruitment platform to the customer by ensuring continuous support and services. d. Be a customer advocate - Ensuring successful and ongoing delivery of the online platform to the customer through seamless support and services. e. Reporting- Real time reporting on various database tools and software is including CRM, data sheets and general MS tools. - Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills. - Should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members. - Build strong and successful relationships with current and potential customers. - Manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement. Requirement: - Any Graduate + MBA with min 5 -8 Years of relevant experience. - Experience/Knowledge in either HR, Recruitment Tech or Recruitment Functions, Online Assessments would be added advantage. - Experience of Team handling would be added advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision - Knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Should be comfortable for travelling anywhere in West at least 3-4 times in a month - High impact communicator including ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations. - Understanding of internet industry will be a plus though not mandatory.
