Position : Investment Analyst - We're a small fund, starting out to make a difference to startups in the deep-tech field and we are looking to on-board a Technical Investment Analyst. - Namesake Ventures, a subsidiary of Info Edge India Limited is looking at investments in companies developing deep and new age technologies. The role : We're looking for a motivated, independent person who brings in a lot of rigor and attention to detail. The job entails research, deal-sourcing and due-diligence of startups in the deep-tech space. Key expectations : - Conducting primary and secondary research, due diligence on industry sectors, start-ups and teams - Thorough technical analysis across a broad range of concepts - Extrapolating financial valuation and return analyses from insights to enable investment decisions - Supporting and working with our portfolio companies Skills & Requirements : - Curious bent of mind - Superior research and analytical abilities - Bachelor's degree in technology stream (computer science preferred) - 1- 3 years of experience with a venture capital or in a technology startup
