- Global annual focal point review- responsible and accountable for the implementation and execution of annual FPR from pre-planning to associates communication and discussion.
- Global Job Architecture- the organization follows global job architecture and this role is responsible for continuous review, monitoring and consultation with HR and business leadership across GSS international scope.
- Associate Benefits- All associate benefits including planning, implementation, review, renewals and all policy design will be the responsibility of this role
- Program Design and Administration-: Oversee the design, development, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Market Analysis and Benchmarking-: Conduct advanced market research and analysis to determine competitive Total Rewards packages, identifying trends and best practices.
- Data-Driven Insights-: Analyze and interpret complex data to inform Total Rewards decisions, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to Total Rewards, mitigating risks and ensuring corporate governance.
- Stakeholder Management-: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners to drive business outcomes through strategic Total Rewards planning.
- Employee Communication and Education-: Develop and deliver effective communication plans to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs, driving engagement and understanding.
- Budgeting and Cost Management-: Manage compensation and benefits budgets, analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
