Key Responsibilities:
- Drive results through Meta
- Lead Meta performance marketing end-to-end.
- Translate brand messaging into high-impact paid campaigns.
- Own CTR, creative effectiveness, and lead quality as core performance indicators.
- Balance efficiency with brand credibility in a high-consideration category.
- Creative & Messaging Ownership
- Own campaign messaging, hooks, and communication clarity.
- Work closely with content and creative teams to:
- Create strong creative briefs
- Ensure ads are on-brand and performance-ready
- Use performance data (CTR, engagement) to continuously refine messaging
- Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, copy variations, testing, and insight
- Use AI to improve speed, experimentation quality, and decision-making, while applying sound judgment.
- Budget & Performance Accountability
- Manage marketing spends responsibly with a ROI and outcome-focused mindset.
- Regularly track performance metrics and course-correct as needed.
- Ensure growth is sustainable, not driven by short-term hacks.
