Sr Product Manager- Jeevansaathi.com Product Management- Jeevansaathi.com- AVP/ Sr Product Manager Location : Noida, Education: Tier 1 The core responsibility of the Product Management role is to create positive impact on the business by either driving more traffic and/or increasing engagement with users. In order to do this, Product Managers develop a good understanding of the business, its competitive landscape, user needs & opportunities. Thereafter, they work closely with stakeholders from other functions to roll-out projects which tap into these needs & opportunities. Good execution skills are a must to translate roadmaps into roll-outs, which our Product Managers are skilled at. Periodic assessment of impact and Metrics-driven approach to product change is an integral part of the role. Key Responsibilities : - Ownership and responsibility for one or more product areas - Work with senior management to define the product vision; Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts - Evangelize the idea at the conceptual stage, drive consensus and buy-ins - Define ROI and expected impact clearly before implementation and use the same for prioritization - Go beyond product launch, follow through launches meticulously to incorporate changes to make them successful - Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, increase usage and improve business ROI - Work with design, analytics & engineering teams to communicate release goals and drive product lifecycle - Interface with Marketing for inputs on consumer marketing activities - Collaborate with key stakeholders for eg. Sales for outlining Sourcing Strategy for the product, Marketing for inputs on customer marketing activities, IT and other functions for process implementation/improvement - Work on new strategic and long term alliances/partnerships to enhance the product value proposition of Premium products - Development and maintenance of Product Collaterals along with Brand and Communications team. - Interface with Sales & Client Servicing teams to identify product gaps and evangelize new features for product selling - Understand Customer segments and help define product pricing - Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews Competencies required to do this job well - Experienced Product management professional with focus on data driven insights and consensus building - Pro-active in hypothesis formation and validating it with data - Entrepreneurial Orientation and self-driven - Clear, transparent communication with an aim to drive consensus and evangelize both internally and externally - Understanding of Customer sensitivities and needs - Persevere and push forward with ability to handle uncertainty and drive results - Openness to Learning and feedback Qualifications needed : - Post-Graduate with 6+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management - Education from Premium Institutes About Info Edge : Info Edge is India's leading consumer internet company.
