Education qualification / Work Experience: - MBA from A+ Business School with mini. 10-12 years of experience - Brand Marketing experience of mini. 5-7 years - Employer Branding experience of minimum 3-5 years. Required Skills: - Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or related roles. - Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and digital marketing strategies. - Expertise in building employer brand - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. - Proficient in utilizing social media platforms, media planning and media buying. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
