Manage performance metrics for various teams to drive process effectiveness along with business goals adhering to service level guidelines 5. Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects in order to achieve operational excellence 6. Responsible for ensuring and reviewing all compliance requirements for corporate customers aligned to different industries and functions 7. Ensure timely, efficient reporting of suspicious activities and/or transactions to Senior Management/ Stakeholders
