Role : Product Leader - AVP Premium Hiring (Recruiter Platform)

Job Description :

We are looking for a product leader who combines strong product thinking, data fluency, and applied AI understanding to own the recruiter-side roadmap end-to-end. As the Product Leader for recruiter experience across iimjobs and hirist, you will define and build the future of premium hiring in India. Your focus will be to simplify and elevate how recruiters discover, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent through intelligent, data-driven products.

What You Will Own :

- Recruiter Experience (End-to-End) : Own the complete recruiter journeyfrom activation, candidate discovery, till hiring closure.

- Core Product : Define and evolve key recruiter products, including : Calculus (Talent Planning) , Job Posting and Candidate Database (Search & Discovery)

- Matching & Discovery : Improve candidate relevance and discovery across all sourcing and planning products through the combination of AI and UX

- Build AI-native recruiter workflows and move towards an AI led candidate hiring

- Run experiments (A/B testing) to improve conversion, engagement, and retention

- Cross-functional Execution : Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-impact products in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

What Were Looking For :

- 8 to 10 years of overall experience with strong product ownership

- Bachelors degree in Engineering and/or MBA from a Tier-1 institute

- Prior experience in B2B, HR-Tech, or marketplace products preferred

- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences

- Proficient in SQL and has the ability to read data

- Hands-on experience with AI tools (prompting, APIs, workflows) and has developed products where AI has meaningfully improves user experience
