Influencer Marketing Manager - Beauty/Personal Care/Fashion/D2C

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketer to lead creator partnerships and execute impactful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has strong influencer relationships, and can manage campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across relevant platforms.

- Build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.

- Plan and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality content.

- Negotiate collaborations, manage budgets, contracts, and payments.

- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights.

- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and brand teams on campaign execution.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.

- Strong network within the beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods ecosystem.

- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience with beauty, personal care, fashion, or D2C brands.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media analytics tools
