About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and performance-driven Business Head Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer ecosystem and establish a high-impact strategy that drives brand authority, engagement, and business growth. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical rigor, strategic planning, and people leadership to build and scale influencer-led growth across multiple channels and categories.

You will spearhead end-to-end influencer marketing operationsowning everything from strategic planning, talent partnerships, campaign innovation, and ROI measurementto drive brand equity and revenue across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

- Own the influencer marketing vertical as a business unitdefine the long-term strategy, KPIs, and revenue-linked goals aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

Campaign Architecture & Execution:

- Design and launch integrated influencer marketing campaigns (macro/micro/nano/KOLs) across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to product launches, seasonal pushes, or brand narratives.

Influencer Relationship Management:

- Build, manage, and nurture a high-performing network of influencers, creators, and talent managers that align with the brand's ethos and consumer personas.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with content, digital marketing, brand, legal, and product teams to ensure campaign relevance, compliance, and integrated storytelling.

Contracting & Commercials:

- Lead negotiations, talent onboarding, and commercial discussions, ensuring optimal ROI while building long-term partnerships.

Performance Analytics & Optimization:

- Leverage data insights to assess campaign efficacytrack reach, engagement, conversions, and brand lift. Iterate strategies using robust measurement tools.

Innovation & Trend Spotting:

- Stay ahead of industry shifts in influencer engagement models, platform algorithms, and creator monetization. Propose disruptive formats and partnerships that elevate brand recall.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven experience (6+ years) in influencer marketing, digital brand management, or talent partnershipspreferably in high-growth B2C sectors like beauty, fashion, D2C, or entertainment.

- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes.

- Deep understanding of creator economy dynamics, digital storytelling, and consumer psychology.

- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large influencer marketing budgets.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-team collaboration.

- Exceptional communication skillsboth strategic narrative crafting and analytical reporting.

- A sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and content resonance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ, etc.)

- Experience managing influencer teams or agencies is a strong plus.
