Our company is a rapidly growing D2C brand operating in the personal care and wellness space. We develop, manufacture, and market innovative products directly to consumers through our eCommerce platform and social media channels. We are experiencing significant growth and are looking to expand our marketing team to further accelerate our brand presence and customer acquisition.

Role Overview:

As an Influence Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our D2C brand. You will work closely with the marketing team, including brand managers, social media specialists, and content creators, to identify, recruit, and manage influencers across various platforms. Your efforts will directly impact our brand's visibility, credibility, and ultimately, our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives to increase brand reach and drive conversions.

- Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to represent our brand and products.

- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content creation.

- Create and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing influencers, tracking performance, and optimizing for maximum impact to achieve campaign goals.

- Monitor and analyze influencer marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team to improve future campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to amplify influencer content and integrate it into broader marketing initiatives to create a cohesive brand experience.

- Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns to maximize marketing spend.

- Track and analyze consumer insights related to influencer marketing campaigns to inform future strategies and product development.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage influencers.

- Proven ability to analyze data, track performance, and generate actionable insights.

- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a D2C or eCommerce environment.
