Job Description: Product Manager Monetization.

Location: Hyderabad (work from office).

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our monetization systems, including our order management system, payment journeys flows for renewals, referrals, and upgrades.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payment flows, e-commerce transactions, referral programs, and subscription renewals, with a data-driven and user-centric approach to solving problems.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, finance, and customer support teams to enhance system capabilities and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Payments

- Own and enhance the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure a smooth checkout, payment, and transaction experience.

- Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to optimize payment gateway integrations, invoicing, and refunds and improve payment success rates.

- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to payments and transactions.

Referrals & Growth Initiatives

- Design and manage customer referral programs, upgrades and renewal journeys that drive organic growth and engagement.

- Implement seamless auto-renewal, subscription management, and upgrade experiences across user segments.

- Track churn patterns and optimize renewal flows to improve conversion rates.

User Experience & Data-Driven Decision Making

- Analyze user behavior, payment drop-offs, and conversion funnel metrics to continuously improve the order and payment experience.

- Conduct A/B tests and iterate on referral, upgrade, and renewal flows based on data insights.

- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams to drive product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.

- Engineering background is a must.

- Strong understanding of order management systems, payment gateways, and revenue operations.

- Experience in designing referral, upgrade, and renewal programs that drive growth.

- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and payment failure recovery strategies is a plus.
