Here is what you will be doing?

- Own the digital marketing & brand P&L

- Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within conversion, revenue and profit

- Oversee all aspects of performance marketing for lead generation on Google, Facebook and online purchases across online platforms, including awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention

- Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimized acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns on all key platforms

- Build a strong affiliate network and be responsible for bringing and conversions from such networks

- Ownership for optimizing marketing spends, CVR and CAC

- Ability to design, write, and execute your own marketing experiments based on set KPI's, use AI into campaign to bring efficiencies

- Work with business heads on developing solutions and systems to increase efficiency and drive accountability Requirements:

- 10+ years of work-experience

- Analytical mindset and natural problem solving skills, focused on a systems and processed-based approach Experience working in a D2C/ Edtech brands or

- Digital Marketing agencies would be preferable, someone with B2B digital experience should not apply

- Data-driven with a strong eye detail

- Should have stakeholder management skills
