Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business systems management, IT project management, or enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Role Objective

- Lead and oversee end-to-end system implementation, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and continuously adapt to evolving business needs.
- Drive change management and deliver effective post-implementation support to maximize adoption.
- Manage and influence vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and impactful project execution.
