We are looking for a Business Analyst to build the analytical backbone behind student onboarding, engagement, and habit-formation initiatives across Product, Marketing, and Business teams.

What You Will Work On:

- Defining a robust and scalable onboarding flow for all students.

- Building core self-learning modules that build discipline and habit-forming behavior among students, via gamification and other methods.

- AI-led thinking-building with an AI-first product mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build analytical frameworks to measure onboarding funnel health, engagement, and habit-formation metrics.

- Design, run, and interpret multiple concurrent experiments (product and marketing) and build robust frameworks for confidently drawing conclusions.

- Partner with Product on AI-first initiatives-surfacing data-driven opportunities for personalization and automation.

- Create dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses that support decision-making for Business, Product, Tech, and Marketing/Sales teams.

- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across functions.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in business/data analysis, ideally at a consumer-tech company.

- Strong SQL and analytics skillset, with the judgment to know which analysis actually matters.

- Graduate/postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, or equivalent).

- Significant experience solving hard, scaled problems at consumer-tech companies.

- A consumer-first, user-first advocacy mindset-you default to the student's point of view in every decision.

- Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel and still build confident, repeatable frameworks to conclude results.

- Strong cross-functional stakeholdership-proven ability to work closely with Business, Tech, and Sales/Marketing teams.
