Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, supply planning, inventory management, vendor management, and logistics. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and ensuring smooth supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement and planning to logistics and delivery.

- Develop and execute effective supply chain and supply planning strategies.

- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, performance, and service levels.

- Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

- Optimize inventory levels to balance availability, working capital, and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

- Monitor supply chain performance, costs, timelines, and key operational metrics.

- Identify process improvement and cost-optimization opportunities across the supply chain.

- Analyze demand and supply requirements and align procurement and inventory plans accordingly.

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and operational bottlenecks.

- Lead and mentor supply chain teams and ensure effective execution of operational plans.

- Prepare and present supply chain reports and performance insights to senior management.

Requirements:

- 10 - 20 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or related functions.

- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Planning.

- Hands-on experience in Procurement, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive cost optimization, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
