Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within a financial services environment. The role will involve coordinating internal teams and external vendors, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects through the complete project life cycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical and business feasibility.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

- Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.

- Track project performance against scope, schedule, and agreed objectives.

- Conduct regular project reviews and stakeholder meetings.

- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and management dashboards.

- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.

- Manage project documentation, communication, and governance processes.

- Ensure effective coordination across cross-functional teams throughout project execution.

- Analyze project performance and drive corrective actions wherever required.

- Ensure projects are delivered in line with organizational processes, controls, and quality standards.

Requirements:

- 10 - 20 years of experience in project management or program/project delivery.

- Strong experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, tracking, and control.

- Good understanding of the complete project life cycle.

- Experience managing internal teams, external vendors, and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong skills in project scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication.

- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
