Role Overview:

As a Logistics Manager, you will serve as the strategic architect of our supply chain operations, overseeing the end-to-end flow of goods and information. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and technology departments, to ensure that our logistics infrastructure remains agile and scalable. Your daily focus will involve balancing cost-efficiency with service excellence, ensuring that our clients receive timely, reliable, and transparent delivery solutions that directly contribute to their bottom-line growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive logistics strategies that align with organizational goals to improve delivery speed and reduce operational overhead.

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service levels.

- Analyze logistics performance metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, implementing data-driven process improvements that enhance overall system reliability.

- Manage complex logistics planning initiatives, including route optimization and inventory distribution, to ensure maximum utilization of resources across the network.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex distribution networks.

- Advanced proficiency in Logistics Planning and Logistics Operations, utilizing analytical tools to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to negotiate with external partners and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure environments and make critical decisions that ensure operational continuity.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, complemented by 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in the industry.
