Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the organizations technology infrastructure, ensure smooth IT operations, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to manage IT teams, infrastructure, applications, and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure and technology operations.

- Manage IT systems, applications, networks, cloud infrastructure, and related technology services.

- Lead and mentor IT teams and ensure effective delivery of technology services.

- Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.

- Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, timelines, and service delivery.

- Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of IT systems.

- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS environments.

- Collaborate with development and data teams on data engineering, data pipelines, and application integration initiatives.

- Support applications and technology solutions involving Java, Python, and SQL.

- Establish and monitor IT processes, controls, SLAs, and operational standards.

- Identify and resolve critical infrastructure and application issues.

- Ensure appropriate backup, disaster recovery, security, and business continuity practices.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and senior management to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

- 10 - 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, technology management, or related roles.

- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and technology operations.

- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Data Engineering, Data Pipelines, SQL, Python, and Java.

- Experience managing technical teams, vendors, and IT projects.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, applications, databases, and enterprise IT environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple technology initiatives and drive digital transformation.
