Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial management, cash flows, liquidity, budgeting, treasury, and accounting functions. The role will be responsible for maintaining the organization's financial health, providing financial insights to management, and supporting strategic investment and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present financial reports and provide actionable insights to management.

- Monitor the organization's overall financial health and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and budgetary controls.

- Oversee cash flow, fund flow, working capital, and liquidity management.

- Manage treasury operations, including funds, forex, and liquidity.

- Monitor accounting functions and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Analyze fund flows and financial performance to support business decisions.

- Advise management on investment activities and financial strategies.

- Develop strategies to optimize cash utilization, working capital, and liquidity.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for key business and investment decisions.

- Ensure effective financial controls and compliance with organizational policies.

- Work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders on financial planning and strategy.

Requirements:

- 10 - 20 years of experience in finance, financial management, treasury, fund management, or related functions.

- Strong expertise in Financial Management and Budgetary Control.

- Hands-on experience in Fund Management, Treasury Management, and Accounting Functions.

- Strong knowledge of Forex, Cash Flow, Fund Flow, Liquidity, and Working Capital Management.

- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
