Office Location : Delhi/NCR Responsibilities : - Research and Analysis in the Renewable Energy Sector of the regulations, policies, market competitors, key developers - Creating and maintaining Financial Models and Financial Calculators as per the Customer's and Company's requirements - Supporting in the Transaction Execution and in signing the PPA documents with the customers - Preparation of Financial Modeling, corporate presentations, and information memorandum, RFS - Interacting with clients and external agencies for transaction coordination. - Assist in due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of transactions.
