Drive Infineon's growth in India by building a strong startup, university, and system design house ecosystem. Enable early adoption of Infineon technologies and accelerate design-ins, pipeline, and market expansion across Consumer, Industrial, Energy and IoT segments.

Key G2M Objectives

- Build ecosystem-led demand and pipeline

- Expand reach in emerging segments via startups & academia

- Accelerate design wins via design houses

- Strengthen Infineon's innovation-led brand positioning

Responsibilities

Ecosystem Development

- Define and execute India ecosystem strategy across startups, universities, and design houses

- Build structured engagement and partnership models

Startup Engagement

- Lead startup programs (incubation, co-innovation, GTM partnerships)

- Drive design-ins and joint solutions with high-growth startups

University Partnerships

- Develop collaboration for labs, hackathons

- Define collaborative Industry projects

Design House Enablement

- Engage and enable design houses/ODMs to scale adoption

- Influence reference designs and platform choices

- Develop joint segment specific G2M

Go-to-Market Execution

- Run integrated G2M programs with partners

- Drive campaigns, developer outreach, and co-marketing initiatives

Cross-Functional Alignment

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, regional & HQ partnership functions

Performance Metrics

- Partner-driven pipeline & revenue

- Design-ins/design-wins from ecosystem

- Startup and university engagement impact

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

- Bachelor in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

- 10 years in partnerships, ecosystem, or marketing or Application roles

- Strong exposure to startups, academia, and design houses

- Semiconductor / electronics domain preferred

- Proven G2M execution and stakeholder management skills
