Infimatrix - Delivery Manager

About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly skilled Software Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, drive operational excellence, and ensure high-quality outcomes across complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will bring strong technical understanding, exceptional stakeholder management, and a passion for building scalable processesreflecting Google-level standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full delivery lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and closure.

- Drive alignment between engineering, product, design, QA, customer teams, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.

- Define delivery roadmaps, set clear milestones, and ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early while proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

- Manage cross-functional communication, deliver executive-level updates, and maintain transparent reporting.

- Improve delivery processes, governance, and operational frameworks for scalability and efficiency.

- Ensure engineering teams follow best practices in agile, sprint planning, resource allocation, and quality standards.

- Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into executable plans.

- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, KPI analysis, and performance optimization.

- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Confluence, or Google Workspace.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decision-making.

- Experience in managing distributed or multi-location technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project delivery, engineering management.

- Strong understanding of software product and service development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).

- PMP, CSM, Agile Practitioner, or equivalent certification.

- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects or programs.

- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
