About the Role We are looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join the Managing Director's (MD) Office at Merisis Advisors at the Bangalore Office. This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates aspiring to gain hands-on experience in investment banking. The trainee will work closely with the MD, supporting strategic initiatives and business decisions through market research, financial analysis, and industry insights. Key Responsibilities: - Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and market trends to provide relevant insights that will aid in decision-making. - Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess company performance and identify trends. - Data Management and Reporting: Compile data from various sources, organize it into meaningful formats, and prepare reports for senior management. - Problem Solving and Independent Thinking: Use analytical skills and financial acumen to generate new ideas, evaluate options, and make recommendations to improve processes and strategy.
