
Purpose of the roleT:
- The "Industrial Controlling Support" is the preferred Business partner of the ArcelorMittal European Cluster Industrial Controlling team during closing, reporting cycle & for ad hoc analysis and Q&A.
- Further he/she is also responsible for the Budget & Forecasting process for the steel manufacturing site including Human Resources controlling activity.
- The Controller always strives for uniform ways of working, identifying the improvement areas and maximises automation of administrative works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of data collection and preparation of Hot rolled coil outlook (monthly Flash, quarterly Forecast and yearly Budget)
- Input data collection from Cluster & Segment central team
- Business plan filling & full run until Hot Rolled Coil
- Preliminary checks
- Data collection and preparation of Cost bridges Coordination of data collection and preparation of CO2 + energy cost outlook (monthly Flash, quarterly Forecast and yearly Budget)
- Collect inputs on consumptions, tariffs, CO2 emissions, etc
- Filling of data systems and cubes
- Base CO2 reporting Coordination of data collection and preparation of HR and fixed cost outlook (monthly Flash, quarterly Forecast and yearly Budget)
- Collect inputs on staff evolution, staff cost evolution, repair and maintenance costs, etc
- Filling of data systems and cubes
- Base HR and fixed cost reporting
- Data collection and preparation of HR/fixed cost bridges KPI Data Collection & Upload
- Upload various databases: Fast (Segment reporting tool)/ GCB (Global Cost Benchmarking database)/ QURE (local process management tool) / PPM (project reporting tool, etc.
- Maintain local databases Preparation of various management reporting
- Cost Meeting Reporting: Collect data for + prepare report files per department
- CO2 Actual reporting: data collection, filling of data systems and cubes and preparation of reporting
- Energy Actual reporting: data collection, filling of data systems and cubes and preparation of reporting Subcontracting FTE (Actual + Outlook)

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Good knowledge to financial & cost systems
- Strong skills and affinity for IT tools and related systems: SAP, BI, SQL Server, Office, Python, PowerBI.
- At least show the will to learn them.
- Operational knowledge of steel production processes
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
